HR Business Process /Â IT / Finance Outsource and Transformation
I delivered 1st generation BPO and ITO outsource Transition and Transformation for a UK Government Agency involving migration to Oracle ERP, transformation of BPO (HR, Finance) processes, movement and transformation of services (Target Operating Model), Agile development of mobile apps via off-shore teams and document digitisation.

This project included the development of new digital channels for construction industry apprentices, enabling them to access training records, progress and interact with mentors.
Through a movement of work, transformation of business processes and tools the programme enable a reduction of staff from 1500 to 500 in 18 months.
Large Scale IT and Business Transformation for Defence client
I Led a the first 20 months of a multifaceted Transformation Programme to digitise and improve service, user experience, refresh technology, migrate applications to the cloud, disaggregate services, transform use of data, BPO processes, people and introduce new and simplified pension system. Programme delivery cost +£70m as part of £350m outsource.

Benefits included new and easier to access user portal, uplift to HR system functionality and front-end landing pages to improve user experience, an improved change cycle time, processes and reporting facilitated by JIRA. Also a transformed access to new data sources for front line HR teams to make data driven decisions.

Network and Telecommunications Programmes
I directed the Digital Network Infrastructure transformation delivery for a global bank contract worth £350m, coordinating the implementation of a global digital infrastructure and operational transformation, utilising One Cloud Cisco, MPLS WAN, Mobile migrations and Conferencing across 6 countries, 30,000 users, including a SD WAN solution pilot in the USA and the re-platforming of the bank's core network.

The benefit was a 20% reduction in network costs, leading edge agile network operations, scalability and optimisation as well as MFID2 compliant contact centre capability.
Major Programme Set-up and PMO
Working in collaboration with the client I set-up the programme management office, organisation, reporting, online data analytics, planning, risk management and integration offices. Programme cost to complete at over £70m / 150 resources with a 20 strong PMO.

Benefits included a strong foundation to deliver the Programme, ability for stakeholders to access and act on data underpinning the delivery and outcomes and an increase in overall confidence in the delivery.
