I started my journey in the highly entrepreneurial days of DHL developing and implementing the embryonic real-time mobile shipment tracking (that we are now very familiar with) through to leading large and complex business and digital transformations with teams across the globe and budgets in 9 figures. 

Furnished with the tools, knowledge and experience to successfully support a variety of clients in delivering transformative projects of all types whether this be an Agile digital technology development, a major infrastructure refresh or recovering a failing programme in the UK or across the Globe.
